By ana What I love about this book is how authentic the author’s voice is throughout, with a personalized approach to styling hair that showcases how passionate she is about solving your hair issues. Unlike the usual hair guide or manual the tone reverts away from a serious, mechanized approach and brings in a dry yet cheeky sense of humor which encapsulates the authors own approach to styling hair. Hair tutorials are also peppered with cultural references that cunningly link popular culture to a banal hair routine, to create a more interactive experience.
