Content A1, binding FAIL By Hilary Catron The listing for this book features the name Country Bumpkin, a high-quality Australian house, but the publisher on the cover and in the indicia is Search Press. Apparently Search is a UK publisher reprinting the CB books in a less easy to use binding. This is NOT the nice spiral bound type, it's perfect-bound and hard to open. It's nice enough, but not what I'd hoped for. The content is there but I'm having to fight to access it. I'm afraid the binding will be destroyed if I try to open it flat to look at while I work. Too bad, Search, but FAIL.

By Shorty If you are expecting to use this version of the book on your kindle, it is very unfriendly in format. I just bought like 5 minutes ago and cannot use it this format. Every time I change the page I have to enlarge the page 4-5 times by pulling and then undo the process by pinching to get back to the original format. It would have been much better if 1 page of the book equaled one page on my kindle to start out with and yes, I know how to adjust the type size and all of that! This is a shame as I love the A_Z Books by Country Bumpkin, just not as a kindle book. I also love my Kindle Fire HD 8.9".

Looks like to new edition (search press?) has been updated and the price is two thirds what my formed paid for the original edition. I see the earlier comment on the binding but you can bend it all the way back and sits perfectly flat. The info is as great as the original. A good buy for me.
