By Tracy Sanders I am a DIY kind of person and hand sewing is one of those skills that I am so interested in. I love crafts that involve needles and threads. When I was a teen I mend my own blouses, I cropped my pants and sew into shorts. It was really fun and I don’t need to ask money to have a new outfit. This book makes me happy because I know that I lack proper training and ideas on how to do it nicely and neatly. Learning the different stitches is simply like assuring my favorite Sunday dress not to be thrown away in case it has reaps. I learned many valuable steps and procedures in this book including the fun arts of embroidering and crocheting. I love this book, no boring weekends for me.

So, when I saw a huge collection like this, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to get in on the fun. These books teach you everything you need to know from the bottom up on these different topics. I sometimes find it hard learning this sort of skill. However, with the step by step instructions and plenty of pictures I managed to follow along. I always saw other people making beautiful things and never thought that I could do it to. Well, that was until I read through these books!

It's so great to have read this book because I learned new techniques and styles. I hope everyone could have this book because it is really worth the read. Good job author!
