If you love using color in your crocheting, this book gives lots of beautiful pictures for beautiful ideas. The author is Polish, and she lives in the country. Her work reflects the "country girl" in her. The instructions seem easy to follow, well written; a lot of granny squares are used, but her ideas are what makes this book such fun to just look at. I love that she has a country flair and a vintage style, with more modern colors and yarns.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Vintage Style Crochet Projects By Amazon Customer At first glance, this book is one big advertisement for DMC Natura Cotton yarn. However, it's a beautiful book and the patterns are just lovely! There is a country feel to these projects, partially due to the use of the cotton, but these are easily adaptable to any yarn you like. Her eye for color is wonderful and will give you lots of inspiration for combining and using color in your crochet. This is something I kind of struggle with and the author just goes for it, which I love! This book has a lot of projects and the instructions seem clear. I'm glad I've added this one to my library. I know I'll use it a lot.
