I was intrigued by this Japanese model and it truly seems like something that can completely change how someone feels in a room. So amazing to learn about these techniques and I’ve been putting them to practice ever since I learned about them. Highly recommended.
2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Declutter your head as well as your house. By Aaron Pina I've been trying to minimize my life and simplify things. I've got too much stuff and not enough room for it all. I thought this book would just teach me how to get rid of my unused clutter but in fact it taught me more about inner peace. I found that living with the bare essentials has really calmed my mind and reduced anxiety. Thanks Mr. Haynes for writing this book!
