It's hard to get to the inner edge because of the binding (it would have been better with a spiral binding to open flat). The illustrations are amazing! Here is a photo of one of my favorites.

We thought to buy a couple and color the night away after the kids were in bed, but nothing the shop was displaying really interested us...we thought we would get tired of drawing only mandalas or birds or city scapes. I searched Amazon for something different and came across this coloring book. This is exactly what we were looking for. A coloring book with art from many artists with many different themes. We've been coloring in it for the past couple nights and having so much fun connecting and talking while coloring....add a glass of wine to make the best stay-at-home date night. Not just for kids coloring book By Maximum Verbosity I'm a lady turning forty something in a week and I ordered this coloring book for myself!There is a nice variety of incredibly detailed drawings. Why would an adult want to color? Because it's very relaxing. It allows my mind to wander and allows me to relax from a stressful and/or active day. Coloring promotes wellness, quietness and also stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity.Crayons, markers or my favorite, colored pencils all work well and allow you to create some pretty neat masterpieces. Some I color using all of the colors of the rainbow, others I did a theme like black and white, red/white/blue, yellow/gray, etc.The book is softbound made of good quality paper with well drawn illustrations. This would actually be a nice get-well gift or a pick-me-up for a friend.
