After she took this book she began to master process easily and with a great pleasure By Amazon Customer This book I took from my mother as she likes sewings and I noticed that my daughter likes this as well, but she does not have some guides and tutorials and this made the process more complicated. After she took this book she began to master process easily and with a great pleasure, she told me that the book is very good and has a lot of interesting. It is very easy to follow. The author explained everything in detail, but sewing is one of those skills that are hard to learn just from text and pictures. It is possible, but I think that a tutor or a video tutorial would be better. Still, if books are your only option for learning, I guess this is good for complete beginners so I will give it a 4 star grade.
