Natsuko Kuwahara is a Japanese food stylist. She started her career as a cook in a bakery kitchen. She turned freelance as a food stylist in 2004. Her recipes and her natural table styling has become popular in magazines, and now she is active in magazines, books and advertisements.

Lovely photos of an A+ dog being a dog around bread. The bread is also good: A, not A+ like dog. Minimalist with real recipes that are second priority (as they should be) after photos of the dog. Bonus cat photos also included.Edit: Just saw dog's name, a reference to Do Android Dream of Electric Sheep. Glorious. I just am so thoroughly in love with this book.

It popped up in my "Amazon recommends" and I threw it in my cart as an impulse buy. Any dog owner will surely recognize the facial expressions on the featured dog as it continuously awaits a fallen morsel from the table. I don't often review books, but felt compelled to with this one, because it would be easy to overlook but is so, so charming!
