Ever since I've started practicing yoga, I've improved my sleeping routine, my focus on studies and work and have also learned to live happily. This book did the job of revising everything I learned in yoga classes. The mandala yoga makes you more attentive and focused mainly on the center of your soul. Your soul should be pure and this is what the mandala practice is meant for. I would recommend this book to everyone.

By Melanie Gajewski Adult Coloring Book: Mandala Yoga First Chakra by Orly Shaya, was gifted me through amazon by an anonymous friend who who knew how much stress I have been under. She also knows how much I loved yoga and positivity. When I opened this book I immediately felt the urge to return to doing yoga and attempting to get back to center. Orlly Shaya has done the most relaxing and beautiful drawings I have ever have seen. I picked up my pencils and began to color, slowly not rushed like I normally due. I appreciated the work she put into the drawings which are centered around a small woman doing yoga. I saw her finished pictures and they are simply worthy of framing and selling. I went to her site and learned that she lives what she draws. I am a Sr. Citizen and I am beginning to relax. Young or old I recommend this Adult Coloring book to you.
